What does gender expression really mean?<\/h2>\n

How do you present yourself to the world? Is it about your clothes, your hairstyle, your way of speaking or moving? These are all facets of what we call gender expression<\/strong>. It’s essentially how you outwardly express your gender. This form of expression can vary greatly and is often much more multifaceted than one might initially assume.<\/p>\n

Gender expression is not the same as your sexual orientation or your gender identity. Your gender identity is your inner sense \u2013 whether you feel like a man, woman, both, neither, or something else. Your sexual orientation describes who you are attracted to.
